All return or replacement requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
Refunds or replacements will only be processed once the returned products are received back at our warehouse. We will inspect the returned item before proceeding with your refund or replacement. Customized products will not be replaced/refunded.
Note: Please return your purchase in its original packaging, including all parts and any freebies, along with your original receipt. Ensure that the products are properly packed when returning.

Returned products will be assessed based on the following criteria:

Undamaged Product | The product must be undamaged and free of scratches, dents, tears, or holes. |
Undamaged Packaging | The original packaging or box must be undamaged. |
Please note that if you return an incorrect product to our courier service partner, we are not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft that occurs during transit.
If you return any products that were part of a promotional offer, the associated discount will not be applicable to the remaining items, and the benefit will not be included in the refund. All products related to any free offers (e.g., "Buy 2 Get 1 Free") must be returned, as they were purchased as part of a group offer.

Estimated Reverse Pickup Time: For eligible pin codes serviced by reputable couriers, reverse pickup will typically occur within 7 working days (excluding Sundays and holidays). However, please be aware that unexpected logistics challenges may occasionally cause delays, for which Mind Craft Studios is not liable. We appreciate your cooperation as we work to minimize such occurrences.
